You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Fake accounts, misuse, manipulation, or creating false orders is strictly prohibited.

Tenat currently operates only in Ibrahimpatnam (501506), Telangana.

Delivery is subject to rider availability and operational feasibility.

3. Order Processing & Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only after the partner store confirms product availability.

Tenat reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

Incorrect delivery address

Operational limitations

4. Pricing, Products & Availability

Prices shown are as provided by partner supermarkets.

Product weight, packaging, and availability may vary.

Prices may change based on store updates or market changes.

Tenat is not responsible for typographical errors and may cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

5. User Responsibilities

You must be available at the delivery location to receive orders.

Abuse towards riders or customer support will result in account suspension.

Reselling products purchased on Tenat is not permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tenat is not liable for delays caused due to:

Weather

Traffic

Technical issues

Store delays

Force majeure events

Tenat will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
