Most grocery items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns/Refunds Allowed ONLY For:
(You must raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos)
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or leaked item
Expired product
Missing items
These are the only valid reasons for refunds.

Refund to original payment method: 2–7 working days
Tenat Wallet refund (if enabled): Instant
Order Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel an order before packing begins.
Cancellation is not allowed after a rider is assigned.
If Tenat cancels an order, the refund is initiated automatically.
